I am Kari – the face behind Lensed by Kari

 

I am married, mother of two boys – Conner and Nox – and live with my family in a place where life revolves around peace, space and experience. In addition to my work as a photographer, we run our own horse business together, an important part of our daily lives.

 

My love for photography started at a young age, but only really grew into a passion when I became a mother myself. Through my children I realize more than ever how precious the little moments are – and how important it is to preserve them. Not perfectly styled, but real and as they were: full of feeling, movement and character.

 

As a photographer I work with attention and patience. I love images that tell something, of connection and authenticity. No rigid poses, but sincere moments - whether that is with your family, your pet, your growing belly or a cheerful cake smash.
